Brooke's professional journey began as an Assistant Project Manager at a mechanical contracting firm, progressing to inside sales at a plumbing and HVAC representative. Before joining Datakwip in 2022, her diverse background in project management and sales provided a strong foundation in managing complex projects and building customer relationships.
As Datakwip's Team Coordinator, Brooke quickly demonstrated her ability to independently motivate and manage herself, documenting, standardizing, and improving operational efficiency across departments. Her efforts led to significant enhancements in business, development, sales systems, back office, and financial operations.
Now serving as the Director of Operations, Brooke excels in orchestrating team efforts, managing stakeholder interactions, and enhancing operational efficiency. She has led Datakwip's national marketing efforts since 2024, playing a crucial role in building both the marketing strategy and operating plan. Recognized for her exceptional organizational skills and driven approach, Brooke is an adaptable, detail-oriented professional who consistently exceeds expectations.
Beyond her professional life, Brooke dedicates time to volunteering at a local animal shelter. She also enjoys rock climbing and exploring new restaurants with her husband in Durham, NC.
